These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered edge computing deployment services, including device registration, model deployment, and management features, available at [Website URL] (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Our Service
OpenSaaS provides an AI-powered edge computing deployment platform that enables users to deploy AI models to edge devices with one click. The Service is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
2.2 Service Nature
The Service is a digital intangible product. Service access is enabled immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as described in Section 7.

Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you declare that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that entity.
The Service uses a credit-based system. You purchase credit packs to access service features. Current available credit packs and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
5.1 One-time Purchase Authorization
Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes OpenSaaS to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.
5.2 Credit Validity
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits will expire if unused after this period.
5.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Payment card data is handled directly by Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers.
5.4 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes will be collected at checkout as required by law.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting cancel@edgedeploy.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately. Account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.1 Output Content Ownership
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated through your inputs ("Output Content") is owned by you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
9.2 Input Content License
By submitting content to the Service ("Input Content"), you grant OpenSaaS a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for training AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 AI Output Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output Content before relying on it.

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, and research and development activities.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenSaaS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain effective for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or are required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons not caused by your breach, we will proportionally refund any prepaid unused portion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@edgedeploy.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@edgedeploy.com for informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and OpenSaaS.
