OpenSaaS ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing safe, legal, and responsible AI content generation services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through our platform, and defines our content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content forms through our Service:
- Text: AI-generated text, dialogue, code, articles, etc.
- Images: AI-generated or edited images, illustrations, etc.
- User Inputs (Prompts): Prompts and instructions submitted by users
- Other content forms supported by the platform
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The Platform explicitly prohibits generating the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW content
- Violence / Gore content
- Hate speech

2.1 Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following content will be handled immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, and mass violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content inciting racial genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
- Any content that violates child protection laws
2.2 General Prohibition Behaviors
- Generating or spreading false information, rumors
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or institutions
- Infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy
- Deceiving users with AI content, claiming it is human-created
- Batch generating spam or fraudulent content
- Jailbreak prompts used to bypass platform security mechanisms
- Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining
- Deploying surveillance programs that violate others' privacy
- Large-scale scraping or data harvesting activities
- Unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
3. Content Moderation Mechanism
The Platform employs a multi-layer moderation system: automated moderation + manual review + periodic sampling.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-time)
All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by security filters:
- Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent recognition on prompts
